What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect the name, phone number, suburb, job details and any photos you choose to send. We only collect what you give us.
Why we collect it
So we can respond to your enquiry, understand the site and provide a quote. That's it.
How we use photos
Photos you send are used to assess the wall and the site. We don't publish or share them without your permission.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than where it's needed to carry out the work you've asked about — for example, if an engineer needs to look at a site. We don't sell or trade your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while they're relevant to quoting or completing work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Access and removal
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling us on the number listed on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand how pages are used. That information is aggregated and isn't used to identify you.
